You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Accounts" section in your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annually). No further payments will be charged after cancellation.
All payments made for PostBold’s subscription plans are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, regardless of whether you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period.
If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the Pro features once the current billing cycle ends. However, your data and content will remain available to you, and you may still access free features after cancellation.
We strive to provide uninterrupted services, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Service interruptions do not entitle you to a refund or credit for your subscription.
